PATRAL Raffle Rules & Regulations

1. An individual can purchase as many tickets as possible.

2. Tickets are not tax deductible.

3. If prizes require payment of taxes, this will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

4. Personal information and/or email address will only be used in conjunction with information related to the Raffle/PATRAL Event promotions.

5. Winning tickets must be present to win. Winning tickets not present will be discarded and another draw will be made for same position.

6. Minimum of 480 tickets in the right proportion must be sold for drawings to hold.

7. If the drawing is not held, monies will be returned to the purchaser.

8. All prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of notification.

9. All ticket stubs must be returned to us no later than Dec 26.

10. Neither PATRAL nor any other person, organization or business sponsoring or participating in the PPC or PRD, assumes any liability for any claims, injury or other damages arising out of possession of any winnings obtained through this ticket, and by purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges a limitation on liability.

11. All proceeds benefit PATRAL for PATRAL Productivity Conference (PPC2018) and related activities.
